Q&A with Guido
What Does a Typical Workday Look Like For You?
“I spend a lot of my time communicating with clients and potential clients discussing how Market My Market can grow their business. To build trust with clients, I make sure I am up-to-date with what is going on in the industry to show I know what I’m talking about. As a former storage industry executive, I can understand the needs of business owners and address their chief concern: What is the revenue return? Being able to answer that question and having in-depth knowledge of the industry can make you seem like an expert.”
What is the Most Challenging Aspect of Your Job?
“The learning curve. Switching from storage to marketing gives me an interesting new perspective every day. I get to completely switch gears and use my experience in a challenging new way.”
What is Your Proudest Accomplishment at Market My Market?
“The amount of revenue I brought in a short amount of time.”
What is Something Most People Don’t Know About You?
“One thing most people don’t know about me is that I have been a classical violinist since I was three and a half years old. When I was ten, I performed at Carnegie Hall.”
If You Could Have an Unlimited Supply of One Thing, What Would It Be?
“Rum raisin ice cream.”
Describe Your Perfect Saturday
“On my days off I usually spend time with my husband and my son, Lil’ D. I like sleeping in and going to the pool. I also love bodybuilding, shopping at Louis Vuitton, and traveling the world. I’ve been on safaris, and to Iceland and South America.”
Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?
“I used to plan my life years ahead. While of course I have goals, at 42 I take life day by day. In five years I’d like to have another kid and be close to retirement. I want to enjoy life at 50.”
